Investors always ponder location to source for better rental yield. Ultimately, one must decide the right CHOICE at the right way and at the right timing.
As far as any preliminary enquiry is concerned, i'd prefer to invest within Klang Valley for the reason of LCG ( Locational Centre of Gravity )

Dataran Prima Aman Suria
Bandar Utama
I've made decision to exclude high end apartment nearby KLCC for the reason, over supply and stagnant rental at the moment.
